Camps.asia is an independent, free resource. This policy explains what limited data we collect, the third-party tools that run on the site, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because the whole point of this site is to be straightforward.
Camps.asia is operated by 360 DEV LLC. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean 360 DEV LLC as the operator of Camps.asia. For any question about this policy or your data, including a request to access or delete it, use our contact form.
The only information you actively give us is what you type into a form: your email address (and which camp or region page you signed up from) when you sign up for email updates, your email and message when you use the contact form, or the organization, camp details, name and email you enter when you send us a camp to list. We use the signup email only to send occasional updates about camps and registration in Taiwan, the contact email to reply to you, and a camp submission only to check and list that camp (we never publish your contact details). We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to unrelated mailing lists. To be removed, reply to any email from us or use the contact form and we'll delete it. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, under their privacy terms.
We use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to see which pages are visited and which camps get the most interest, so we can improve the site. It stays off until you choose Allow, for every visitor wherever you are, and it never runs if your browser sends Global Privacy Control. When you allow it, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and collects the pages you view, approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We look at this in aggregate to understand demand, not to identify you.

We don't use advertising cookies, we don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
We don't run heatmapping or advertising today, and the site is ad-free. If we ever add a behavior-analytics tool such as Crazy Egg, or advertising such as Google AdSense, it will also stay off until you choose Allow, and we will update this page before it goes live.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the button above or the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page. Choosing No thanks after Allow stops analytics and deletes its cookies.
Some US states, including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut, give residents rights over their personal information, such as to know, delete or correct it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request about anything you sent us, use the contact form. Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out.
Analytics runs only with your prior consent, and you can withdraw it at any time as described under Privacy choices. We use the information described here to run, protect and improve the site. You can ask to access or delete any personal data we hold, which in practice means your form email, through the contact form.
Some choices are kept in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit: your answer to the analytics question, the filters you pick (such as city, age, day or overnight, and price), and the camps you save to your shortlist. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
Like any website, our host (Netlify) records technical logs such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the service.
This site is written for parents and guardians researching camps. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Email signups should be completed by an adult.
We may update this policy as the site grows. We will update it before adding any new tool that collects data, and the "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
