Spring break and Children's Day

Spring break in Taiwan is a four-day holiday around Children's Day and Tomb Sweeping Day. It is too short for most full camps, so families lean on one-day programs at museums, zoos and science centers.

Sat Apr 3 to Tue Apr 6, 2027. Children's Day (Apr 4) is a Sunday, so Tue Apr 6 is the make-up day off

In 2026, Taipei ran Children's Month all of April, with discounts for children at participating venues and weekend activities

Expect short notice: in 2026 the Hsinchu Zoo posted its program on Mar 28 and the Gold Museum on Apr 2. The 2027 editions are not out yet, so below are the camps already dated for spring 2027, then what ran in 2026 to show what to expect.
