Overview
Meet Up Formosa (遇上福爾摩沙) is the education brand of Like It Formosa (來去福爾摩沙), a company that runs English walking tours of Taiwan. Its Young Diplomats camps (青年外交官英語導覽營隊) teach children local history on walking visits and train them to give a guided tour in English. The operator says the camps have run since 2018.
Five 4-day camps are listed for winter 2027. Day camps for elementary children run in Taipei (Jan 21 to 24, grades 5 to 6) and Kaohsiung (Jan 29 to Feb 1, grades 3 to 6). Overnight camps for junior high students (grades 7 to 9) run in Tainan (Jan 22 to 25), Taipei (Jan 27 to 30) and Taichung (Feb 1 to 4), with lodging in hostels.
The camps are taught all in English, with 1 guide for every 5 children. Children write and practise their own tour, mixing classroom lessons with walks around historic sites, and at the end they lead an English tour for their parents, which a photographer records. Each session takes up to 24 children.
Registration
Sign up with the online form linked from each camp page. You first get an email with payment details; a place is held only once payment arrives, and an acceptance notice follows within 3 working days. The form asks for your child's school English grade so groups can be placed by level. The new-student super early bird ends October 31. Questions: camp@likeitformosa.com or LINE @meetupformosa.

Good to know
The camp pages show dates and weekdays but no year. The page titles say 2027 winter camp, and the weekdays match 2027.
English level: the Taipei elementary page asks for a school English score of 80 out of 100 or more, CEFR A2, or a pass in the GEPT elementary level second stage. Contact the operator to talk about your child.
There are about 2 hours of outdoor walking each day at the elementary camps and 2 to 3 hours at the junior high camps, so dress your child for walking.
On the Taipei elementary camp, meals mean water and lunch each day plus an afternoon snack on day 4; breakfast and dinner are not included.
Parents are invited to the final English tour on the afternoon of day 4.
Refunds: 90% if you cancel 14 or more days before the first day, 50% at 7 to 13 days, 30% at 4 to 6 days, nothing within 3 days. If too few children sign up, you can postpone or get a full refund.
