Dr. Sparks (operating under the Sparkle & Shine Kids brand) has been a fixture in the kids' science scene for years, running hands-on experiment-driven camps during summer and school holidays. The teaching style is social and energetic, this operator built its following through Facebook groups and word of mouth among parents rather than search ads.
The geographic footprint is what makes it stand out in our database: Taipei, Zhongli, Taichung, Chiayi, Xinying, Puzi, and Tainan. Almost every other premium operator in Taiwan stops at Taichung. If you're a family in the south, this is one of your few options that isn't a government program.
