Taipei Performing Arts Center (臺北表演藝術中心) organizes a summer musical camp in its own 11th-floor rehearsal studios in Shilin. In summer 2026 the camp built a shadow-puppet family musical called Travelling with Grandma, run by Punctum Creative Workshop and Shadow Legend Theater.
Children joined one of two tracks: a musical performance class covering singing, dance and acting, or a shadow-puppetry class, and both groups performed together at the end. Summer 2026 had two sessions, July 13 to 25 (rest day July 19) and July 27 to August 8 (rest day August 2), each a full day from 09:00 to 17:00.
Places were limited to 42 per session, so it suits families who plan ahead and want a longer, performance-focused camp. Dates for summer 2027 were not published when we checked on October 15, 2026.
