The National Museum of Marine Science and Technology (國立海洋科技博物館) in Keelung runs a summer lineup of short museum camps on science, technology, daily life, the ocean and forests. In summer 2026 the mix included one-day camps, two-day camps and overnight camps, plus a parent-child day camp.
In summer 2026 the Little Naturalist camp was a two-day day camp (no overnight stay) on July 14 and 15 for middle and upper elementary students, priced at NT$2,000 with lunch, insurance, boat fare, materials and admission included. A partner, 倍思科學, ran two-day, one-night ocean ecology and fishing camps at the museum for grades 2 to 6, with the night spent in the museum's children's hall.
Families who want to go together had Follow the Captain to Sea, a parent-child day camp with a boat trip, sailor dress-up and a guided museum tour. The summer 2026 camps are over, and no 2027 camps (winter or summer) were posted when we checked on October 15, 2026.
Registration
In summer 2026 registration was online through links in the museum's camp announcement, posted June 29, 2026. Most links went to the museum's Fonticket pages; the overnight camps run by 倍思科學 used separate links. The 2027 dates were not published when we checked on October 15, 2026.
